Snake & Herring - 'Sabotage' Riesling

The Sabotage Riesling is full of bright citrus fruit with floral and mineral elements supported by long natural acidity. Showing intense grapefruit and preserved lemon notes with hints of honeysuckle and talc. Barrel fermentation has added a fleshy pithy texture and the finish is lemony and succulent with long natural acidity.
