This 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Loire Valley in France is bright pale yellow in colour with lively citrus aromas, Granny Smith apple, fresh-cut grass and subtle floral notes on the nose.

The palate is refreshing, with fine acidity supporting excellent lemon intensity. The finish is long and lingering with gentle mineral notes alongside the round fruit flavours.
