Continuing the Series 16 odyssey, this elegant single malt explores the influence of barley grown in Church Field on Octomore Farm, Islay. A symphony of honeyed malt, toasted grain and a distinctive earthiness meet delicate threads of smoke and salinity.

Octomore 16.3 is a showcase of single estate Islay barley, high peating levels and masterful cask maturation; the archetypal Octomore liquid.

100% Concerto barley from Octomore Farm, Islay. Distilled in 2019 from the 2018 harvest and aged for 5 years in Bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks.
