La Rosita - Brut NV
Pink fizz at its liveliest. A creamy, frothy, fruity wine that bubbles beautifully. Made using the the champagne method from 95% Garnacha and 5% Shiraz. Aged for 36 months on yeast lees.
Great fun, a little richer and more biscuity than most sparkling rosés. Strawberries and cream on the nose with some nougatty complexity. A fleshy fruit driven palate is balanced by crisp acidity - great drinkability. Try it with smoked salmon and horseradish cream, oysters or on its own.
