Launched in 1989, Hibiki is the highly awarded blended whisky brand produced by the House of Suntory of Japan. Hibiki Blender’s Choice reveals a reasonably sweet nose, with rich toffee notes and some vanilla. The palate shows more toffee notes, creamy rice pudding and green apples.
