In the dry, sunny climate of the Limarí Valley (Chile), our Reserva Pisco is made using a single-distillation process in a copper still. Its floral and citrus notes give Pisco el Gobernador a versatile and diverse character, perfect for creating numerous cocktails.
Colorless, bright pisco with silvery glints. Exuberant floral aroma with notes of rose and jasmine, as well as candied citrus peel. The palate is rich, round, even creamy, with a long, persistent finish.
