Domaine La Toupie - SOLO Macabeu

Made from 100% Macabeu, this Catalan grape variety was initially developed on the Maury lands for the production of natural sweet wines until about fifteen years ago where the old plots are prized for the vinification of dry white wine.

Aging takes place for 4 months in vats on fine lees. 

SOLO Macabeu reveals an expressive nose, very elegant, with notes of fleshy fruit mixed with nuances of exotic fruits. The mouth is fresh, the finish saline with incredible acidity.
