Domaine La Toupie - Petit Salto

Made from 60% Grenache Gris and 40% Macabeu from Cotes Catalanes in France.

Ageing in vats for 4 months on fine lees, 30% of the blend is aged in 225L barrels and aged for 2 to 3 years.

Petit Salto reveals an elegant and complex of white-fleshed fruits mixed with floral notes. Its structure in the mouth is surprising and a saline finish gives it a nice length. Its fresh finish will make it a companion ideal for appetizers, salads and seafood.
