Domaine La Toupie - Petit Frisson Rose

85% Grenache Noir, 8% Syrah and 7% Mourvèdre.

Harvested by hand, the grapes are transported in crates of around 15kg, and pressed directly like a white wine to obtain a very light color. After settling at low temperature, fermentation takes place for 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated at 16°C to promote a beautiful aromatic expression.

Ageing on lees fines in vats for 4 months.

Petit Frisson reveals an elegant nose of fruit fresh and red fruits, highlighted by a touch of citrus. Its freshness in the mouth will make it the ideal companion for the lighter elements of a BBQ.
