Grape Varietals 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 15% Carignan, 5% Mourvèdre.
50% aged for 6 months in French oak barrels (barrels 2 and 3 years old).
Eye: Deep, intense ruby red color with hints of violet. The wine is bright and displays a fine concentration in the glass.
Nose: Wonderful aromas of fruity freshness, redolent of blackberries. With aeration, the wine reveals greater complexity, with hints of rosemary and thyme.
Palate: A fantastic fruity attack, underlined by notes of black fruit and olive tapenade. The freshness on the palate delivers all the personality of this wine - the power of the Mediterranean style, tempered with a delightful softness in the mouth.
