Created using a combination of first, second and re-fill Oloroso casks, the 2025 Edition of our 12 Year Old Cask Strength brings layered complexity, not overwhelming intensity. Expect balance, delicate sherry and our unfiltered, uncompromised, unmistakably Bunnahabhain character.
The sherry influence is delicate, never dominant, allowing our unpeated Islay spirit to express itself fully. You'll find notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, light tobacco and soft brine.
