Boon Oude Geuze

Boon Oude Geuze is medium bodied and cider-like, malty-oaky, Lambiek Oude Geuze. Best served in a branded straight glass, with or without the sediment. 

To create Oude Geuze Boon, we make a  blend  of lambic that has matured for 1, 2 and 3 years. This is bottled and then given months to  referment and mature in the bottle . This creates extra complex flavours, with a rich sparkle that allows for a beautiful head of foam when poured. It is also thanks to the refermentation in the bottle that the lambic blend becomes an 'Oude Geuze'.
