Here's one for the collectors - a unique, peated Lowland malt from William Grant and Sons' newly created Ailsa Bay distillery. Sited on the Clyde, overlooking Ailsa Crag, the distillery aims to create a new range of top quality malts, starting here.

Fresh wood smoke with oak sweetness and notes of caramelised apple. A peaty punch, with creamy toffee oak and a complex, smoky finish.
