Rigid Elm Private Reserve 2011
Wine matured in French oak barrels for 12 months, received more chocolate, tobacco and wild berries flavour notes. Rich balanced taste, with soft ripe tannins, spicy aftertaste. Ageing for 12 months on the fine lees in oak barrel and 12 months in a bottle.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot
