Ripe and complex nose of garrigue herbs - oregano, wild thyme and rosemary - cloves and liquorice.  Ripe and silky smooth palate with hints of blackberries, pepper and cinnamon, supported by a fresh and long finish.  The Syrah grapes are aged in French oak barrels for 4 to 6 months, then the wine is blended and matured for 6 to 12 months before bottling.

Grenache 70%, Syrah 20%, Carignan 10%
