Domaine La Toupie - Pirouette

New blend for this vintage: Mourvèdre macerated in whole bunches (carbonic) replaces the Syrah. The Grenache is vinified destemmed and macerated for about two weeks.

The blend of the two grape varieties provides a beautiful balance, the Mourvèdre gives structure, the Grenache roundness and delicacy. Pirouette is a pleasant wine that reveals an expressive nose of red fruits, blackcurrant, and scents of garrigue.
