S. Delafont - Limoux Blanc

Deep in color with grey tints and straw.

Rich nose, with marks of citrus fruits, almond and brioche. The attack is fresh with nice volume and balanced by a beautiful roundness.

Aged for 9 months in french oak barrels. All our selections are made from growers that works in biodynamie, organic or “lutte raisonnée” method. That means no use of chemical fertilizers nor herbicides or pesticides.
