Sparkling bright yellow; explicit peppery spice, accompanied by orange and pineapple, a concert of aromas on the palate; pepper meets minerality, citrus meets apple; complexity and an opulent body. With every sip more nuances come along, the full finish and a hint of spice invites to the next glass.

THE VINEYARD is located on the “Bisambergkette” - a mountain range at the gate to Vienna. THE SOIL - Here you find a geological speciality: Flysch - an alternating succession of clay - and sand-stone. It is also interspersed with Quartz. The vineyards have green- cover, which is opened only at extreme drought.
