Domaine de La Garance - Les Claviers

A rich, powerful, barrel fermented wine made up of 80% Trebbiano and 20% Grenache Gris. Spends 14 months in 500 litre barrels and only 400 litres are used. It has then been left to age in bottle for 8 years before release. 

It is an homage to the wines of Jura and Jerez. It shows nice full bodied notes of crisp green and red apples and white flowers with an oxidised edge like a good Fino Sherry.

Low intervention, low sulphites and unfiltered.
