Marrying the finest Speyside, Islay and North Highland single malts with specially selected grain whiskies, White Heather 15-year-old delivers a full-bodied whisky with exceptional balance between honeyed sweetness and subtle peat smoke.

Undertaking a complex dual maturation system, the whisky began its life in American Ex-Bourbon barrels and hogsheads, as well as a quantity of Spanish sherry butts. once carefully blended, the spirit was re-racked into specially selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons, along with American virgin oak casks, to enjoy secondary maturation at the GlenAllachie distillery.

Experienced master blender billy walker frequently monitored the spirit development to ensure optimal flavour experience was achieved.
