Crafted exclusively from 2017 peated spirit, this whisky has been matured in Bourbon casks for six years, before spending an additional eighteen months finishing in Mezcal casks. The result? A bold and complex dram that delivers a fascinating interplay between peated whisky and the distinctive character of Mezcal.

Bright and herbaceous with hints of eucalyptus, chalky minerals, and seashore essence. A bold mix of olive brine, salty capers, and flat-leaf parsley, creating a weighty, fatty texture underpinned by an earthy backbone.
