"Riesling from Baden is often underestimated. Many people think of powerful Pinots when it comes to our region. However, the proximity to the Black Forest offers a high level of biodiversity. Coupled with the mineral soils and the high amplitude, it creates a perfect terroir for Riesling.

The grapes can ripen slowly, maintaining a good level of acidity. This wine is a delicate, yellow-fleshed, fresh Riesling with herbaceous notes and a long finish. Never underestimate an UNDERDOG!"
