Sven Nieger - Riesling Unbestechlich (Incorruptible)

Incorruptible is a wine made with no compromises. The grapes come from the 60% steep slopes of the Klosterbergfelsen. Here, the vines are over 60 years old. Sweet fruit was not our intention when we created this wine.

This is pure craftsmanship, pure wine, but for sure, no candy. It is a dry, herbal Riesling with tender tannin and a fine touch of oak. A wine that can easily age for two decades. A wine that never loses its character and ideals; it is untouchable..
