Linn Cider - Cullaloe

The wonderful mild bittersweet Brown Snout and has been blended with the well-known Dabinett both fermented and aged in Sherry butts and red wine barrels for 2 years. Bottled under cork as a still orange wine type cider showcasing fully fermented flavours of a beautiful and complex blend with oxidative notes, barrel influence and concentration.

Expect orange peel, clove, spice, mandarin. Should be served cool with bbq food and punchy flavours.
