Brasi Catarratto enhances an ancient Sicilian tradition. Its uniqueness is the result of an aging of 4-6 months in small chestnut barrels. The union of two great Sicilian indigenous elements produces this very typical and exclusive wine. Brasi was the dialect name of one of our ancestors who used chestnut barrels from the early 1900s.
