Kilchoman - Small Batch Calvados

For the first time in the UK we have vatted our 46% Kilchoman with 70% bourbon maturation and 5% sherry maturation, before adding a fully matured Calvados Cask. The result is a wonderful combination of citrus and baked apples, with plenty of maritime smokiness.
