Ogilvy - Limoncello

At Ogilvy, we aim to use unwanted ingredients to create delicious drinks, and this is no different. We have utilised leftover lemon peel which is a byproduct of the juicing process to create our delicious Limoncello.  The lemon peel is macerated in our vodka creating a very smooth and fresh limoncello.  Using around a third less sugar than standard limoncellos, this has a beautiful fresh lemony flavour.
