Don't worry; you won't be taken by aliens when drinking this UFO. UFO stands for Unfiltered Orange Wine. This Riesling was fermented on the mash for 18 days and was then bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a wine that seems out of this world: an independent, finely scented wine with fine acidity and a delicate bite of tannins. We do recommend enjoying it slightly chilled and served in Burgundy glasses.
