El Rincón de los Galos Viñedo Singular is a premium expression of the Sonsierra winery , sourced from a vineyard over 50 years old, planted on a south-facing slope. The microclimate and soils of this area impart unique characteristics to the wine.
On the nose, El Rincón de los Galos displays intense aromas of ripe black fruits , such as blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by notes of cocoa, balsamic, and spices that add depth.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky , with well-structured tannins and a long finish that lingers with hints of licorice and toast.
