Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes , this wine has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by 14 months of aging in French oak barrels . This process gives the wine great structure and complexity, which is further enhanced by bottle aging.

On the nose, El Manao presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits , such as cherry and currant, with spicy notes and a subtle balsamic background. On the palate, it is elegant, round, and persistent , with smooth tannins that integrate perfectly into a long and refined finish.
