Ordering Online

There is no minimum order. All orders will be delivered fully insured through specialist delivery vans using custom made, reinforced transit packaging. Our carriers are Amtrak.

Any order worth under GBP £140.00 will be liable to a delivery fee of GBP £8.50.

Any order worth over GBP £140.00 will be delivered free of charge, mainland UK.

If goods are faulty we will reimburse you for the wine and all transport costs.

Deliveries

At present deliveries are only available on the UK mainland. Rates for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Islands and all other areas are available on request.

Stock Availability

When a vintage is exhausted it will be replaced with the next one deemed to be of an equivalent standard.

WorldPay process

1. You locate the Villeneuve Wines e-commerce site
2. Browse the stunning Villeneuve Wines catalogue
3. You add the many desired products to your 'basket', then decide to pay
4. The Villeneuve Wines' WorldPay facility issues an encrypted 'purchase token' containing the purchase details
5. WorldPay decrypts and interprets the encrypted 'purchase token'
6. WorldPay present the payment form to the shopper
7. You enter your card details and submit the form
8. The card is authorised
9. Authorisation is sent to WorldPay
10. Acceptance confirmation is sent to Villeneuve Wines
11. WorldPay send you a response
12. Funds transfer takes place
13. You get your beverages
14. We get our money
15. Both parties are delighted

From the shopper's point of view, the whole process is swift and seamless, and security is assured by WorldPay. Customers statutory rights are not affected.

You have the right to cancel your order your order within 7 working days. In such an instance all monies will be fully refunded within 30 days and the only cost to yourself will be that of returning the goods to us at the address listed at the bottom of this page.

The only information we collect is though the ordering / registration process or through e-mail enquiries. The only cookies set on the site are for the shopping basket to remember goods placed in it on a previous visit. The shopping basket cookie only lasts for 12 hours.

Any information collected is only used to contact you regarding an order you have placed, to send you our newsletter which you have subscribed to or to send you information on a subject you have previously expressed an interest in.

On our homepage you are offered the chance to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, any information you give to us is kept highly confidential and we do not pass our database onto a third party. We do not send out any unsolicited e-mail. The only e-mails you will receive from us are newsletters, e-mails concerning orders and news on any field you have expressed a previous interest in.
